My name is Olesya Golovchanova.
I am a sound therapist and energy practitioner.

I work with people through sound, vibrations, and subtle energetic processes, helping to restore inner balance, release tension, clear blocks, and return to a state of wholeness.

In my work, I combine sound therapy, energy practices, and conscious presence, creating a safe space for deep relaxation, healing, and transformation.

I work with men, women, and children, selecting practices individually — with respect for each person’s condition, age, and inner rhythm.

In my work, I rely not only on intuition and sensitivity but also on systematic education, practice, and professional training.

It is important for me to work consciously, carefully, and responsibly, which is why I continuously study and deepen my knowledge.

The practices are suitable for both beginners and those already familiar with meditation. I guide the process gently, explain each step, and create a safe space for immersion.

Yes, if the pregnancy is without complications.

Sound vibrations gently relax and harmonize the state. In case of complicated pregnancy or medical restrictions, I recommend consulting a doctor first and informing me about your condition in advance.

Yes, there are relative contraindications:

  • presence of a pacemaker
  • severe mental disorders
  • epilepsy
  • acute inflammatory processes

If you have chronic conditions, please inform me in advance. The practice is tailored individually and conducted carefully.

    • Group practices – when the child can lie quietly during the session without disturbing others.

    A separate format for children is possible by arrangement.

Sensations are individual:

  • deep relaxation, warmth in the body, vibrations, images, lightness, emotional release.

Sometimes tears may occur – this is a natural process of gentle cleansing.
